紅棗本身雖具有補血的作用,但若只單吃紅棗一樣東西,效果是相當微弱的,若女性想藉由食物來補血,建議可以用紅棗搭配葡萄乾、龍眼等等食品一起吃,效果會比單吃紅棗來的有用。
