Jiang Zemin who signed the treaty with Boris Yeltsin.
They brought him up before he’s dead."
Data show that on Dec.9,1999, Jiang Zemin and Boris Yeltsin
signed a boundary agreement on the China and Russia borders,
which officially recognized about1.6 million square
kilometers of land occupied by Russia during the Qing Dynasty
as the territory of Russia.
In2004, Hong Kong’s Wen Wei Po’s former deputy editor
Ching Cheong stated in his article that Jiang Zemin ought to
explain his agreement to give up Chinese land as big as
the size of40 Taiwans to Russia without the approval of
the People’s Congress.
Ching Cheong stressed that none of the governments in China
has recognized the unequal treaties during the Opium War
between China and Russia, including Chiang Kai-shek to
Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping.
Jiang Zemin has in fact not only recognized all unequal
treaties in the history of China, resulting in the loss of1.5 million
square kilometers of Chinese land, but also officially
abandoned about20 million square kilometers of territory
usurped by the Soviet Union, including Sixty-Four Villages
East of the River, Tannu, Pamir plateau, and half
Bolshoi Ussuriysky Island.
As early as2003, director of the Institute of Political Research
of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Yan Jiaqi, and
deputy director of International Association of Constitutional
Law Yu Haocheng have worked together and on behalf of
『Judicial Watch』, jointly filed a suit against Jiang Zemin
accusing his traitorous acts.
Professor Yu Haocheng said:"Jiang Zemin has betrayed China
more than Yuan Shikai."
It does not seem so difficult to understand why Putin insists
on meeting with Jiang Zemin.
