〝焦利事件〞再有戲劇性新進展。因性醜聞及《央視》人集體〝逼宮〞而遭撤換的前《中央電視台》台長焦利，據爆料，中紀委初步決定向政治局常委建議，開除焦利黨籍，撤銷行政職務。之前一心想保焦利的中共中央政治局常委李長春，日前態度也變得曖昧起來。分析認為，中共中央可能利用〝處理焦利〞，給李長春一個警告。
知情者說，李長春是焦利的大後台，李長春在1985－1990年擔任遼寧省委副書記，副省長、代省長和省長等職位期間，與當時在《遼寧日報》工作的焦利有了交往。
2008年《央視》一場大火，前台長被撤職，李長春臨時把焦利安排去《央視》，維持一下局面，本想着等《央視》的局面穩定下來，就讓他就去廣電總局任職。
但焦利在《央視》一系列所謂人事改革和財務管理變動下，引起底層員工的強烈不滿，再加上他在長期工作過的遼寧也樹敵眾多，還長期與《遼寧電視台》某女主播有不正當關係，這幾股勢力合圍對他進行〝絞殺〞，去年11月，焦利被免去台長職務。
在《央視》呆不下去的焦利，進廣電總局的計劃也落空了，去年2月，原北京市副市長、宣傳部部長蔡赴朝，已經出任廣電總局新一任局長，接替到點退休的王太華。而焦利則在李長春和劉雲山的力保下，去新聞出版總署當了三把手。但他一直沒去上班。
知情者說，中紀委對焦利的調查並沒有結束，並透露，中紀委向政治局常委建議，初步決定開除焦利黨籍，撤銷行政職務。
而之前一心想保焦利的李長春日前聲稱，對焦利的了解多是工作上的，對他人品等個人情況所知不多。
時事評論員章天亮分析，中共有可能通過處理焦利，給李長春一個警告。
章天亮：〝（就像）通過『遠華案』，通過賴昌星，然後讓賈慶林閉嘴……那麼現在的話，也有可能是通過這個《中央電視台》台長焦利被撤職的事件，去影響李長春，在焦利和李長春之間，這個內幕現在還沒有完整的揭示出來，所以這個事情現在我只能是從外圍這麼推測。〞
最近，儘管民間〝撤消政法委〞，〝法辦周永康〞的呼聲很大，但同是中共〝血債派〞的李長春，卻利用宣傳部門為周永康大力開脫。
章天亮：〝李長春的話，他也是在海外是被法輪功學員起訴過的。所以說在這一次中共高層的政局的巨變中，李長春他很有可能會幫助周永康，所以，就是我們看到，最近一段時間，像外交部發言人的講話、包括《環球時報》出些社論，應該都是李長春在背後幫助周永康的。〞
日前，李長春在訪問英國期間，在一通電話中，洩露了周永康參與活摘法輪功學員的事實。他回答有關摘取在押法輪功學員器官，做器官移植手術等問題時，說，〝周永康具體管這個事，他知道。〞

Jiao Li Dismissed for Sex Scandals:
Li Changchun Attitude Ambiguous
The case of Jiao Li had a dramatic update recently.
Former president of CCTV, Jiao Li, was dismissed for sex
scandals and large disputes between CCTV staff.
It is revealed that the Central Commission for Discipline
Inspection has made a preliminary decision.
It has suggested to the CCP Politburo Standing Committee
to dismiss Jiao from his office and the CCP.
Li Changchun, member of the standing committee, who
initially tried hard to protect Jiao Li became ambiguous.
According to analysis, the central Chinese Communist Party
might be warning Li Changchun, by punishing Jiao Li.
Insider sources told Waican Magazine that Li Changchun
was backing Jiao Li.
Li Changchun was former CCP Deputy Secretary,
acting Governor and Governor of Liaoning.
He got to know Jiao Li, who was working at Liaoning Daily.
In 2008, the CCTV building caught fire, and the former
president was dismissed.
Li Changchun transferred Jiao to CCTV to maintain
control of the situation.
He planned to transfer him to State Administration
of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) afterwards.
However, Jiao Li’s systematic personnel and financial
management adjustments aroused acute discontent.
Also, given the numerous enemies he made
when working in Liaoning,
and his abnormal relationship with a female broadcaster,
Jiao Li was dismissed in November last year.
Being dismissed from CCTV, Jiao Li cannot go back to
SARFT either.
Last February, Cai Fuchao, former Deputy Mayor
and Head of the Propaganda Department in Beijing,
replaced Wang Taihua, to became the new SAFRY president.
Under the protection of Li Changchun and Liu Yunshan,
Jiao was transferred to the National Copyright Administration
as third in command, but he never went to work there.
Insider sources say the Central Commission for Discipline
Inspection hasn’t finished investigation of Jiao yet.
It has suggested to the Politburo Standing Committee
to dismiss Jiao from his office, and from the CCP.
Recently, Li Changchun, who previously tried to protect Jiao,
claimed that he knew Jiao at work but not his character.
Current affairs commentator Zhang Tianliang explained
that perhaps the CCP is warning Li Changchun, by punishing Jiao Li.
Zhang Tianliang: 「(Just as) to silence Jia Qinglin through
the Yuan-hua Smuggling Case and Lai Changxing,
they might warn Li Changchun, by dismissing
the President of CCTV, Jiao Li.
Inside stories between Jiao Li and Li Changchun haven’t
been fully revealed yet, so that’s all I can deduce for now.」
Li Changchun, one of the 「blood debt」 faction, was
exculpating Zhou using propaganda departments.
This was despite recent public calls for 「canceling
the Committee of Political Sciences and Law,」
and to 「bring Zhou Yongkang to justice,」.
Zhang Tianliang: 「Li Changchun was also faces accusation
by Falun Gong practitioners overseas.
Therefore, during this radical change among CCP provincial
leadership, Li is very likely to help Zhou Yongkang.
What we saw recently, such as the speeches of Foreign
Ministry spokesmen and editorials by Global Times,
should be operated by Li to help Zhou.」
During Li Changchun’s recent visit to the UK, he leaked
in a phone call about Zhou Yongkang’s implication in organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.
When he was answering questions about the harvesting
and transplantation of Falun Gong practitioners organs,
he said: 「Zhou Yongkang is in charge of this affair. He knows.」
